Description
The project concerns the provision of specialized technical support and strategic technological consulting services to the National Library of Greece (NLG), with the aim of strengthening the Computerization and Documentation Department, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of its information infrastructure and the implementation of its digital strategy. The contractor will provide daily technical support services for users and infrastructure (AD, M365, Proxmox, Azure, etc.), Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring, remote incident resolution, as well as process documentation and training material.
