Description

The subject matter of the contract is the development of the Digital Archive of the Czech Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as “DIGAR”) as a comprehensive software and hardware solution, its subsequent development and operational support. The subject matter of the public contract is further specified in detail in Annex 4 (Technical Documentation) and Annex 2 (Contractual Documentation) of the tender documentation, and in Annexes 3 and 4 of Annex 2 of the tender documentation (Functional/Non-functional Requirements). As regards Annex 4 (Technical Documentation) of the tender documentation, this annex constitutes Annex 1 to Annex 2 of the ‘Implementation Agreement’ and is a non-public part of the tender documentation available on request following the signing of a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement in accordance with Annex 8 of the tender documentation. The contracting authority shall make the relevant confidentiality agreement available
