The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of cleaning services for the interior premises of the buildings at Karlovo nám. 7, Karlovo náměstí 6 and Václavská 14 – the Václavská Arcade and the Václavské Garages – and the provision of related services and supplies. The scope of the contract comprises regular and irregular cleaning in accordance with the specifications set out below. Regular cleaning: Carrying out regular cleaning to the extent specified in the Tender Documentation. These are activities that will be arranged and carried out on a regular basis. The specifications and frequency of services under regular cleaning are set out in the tables for determining the tender price for individual sections (a total of 3 tables). Further detailed conditions for the provision of regular cleaning of the interior of the premises are set out in the Terms and Conditions in the form of a draft contract. Irregular cleaning
