This contract covers IT services relating to project management, functional design and software qualification for the Cipav core business information system, excluding off-the-shelf software packages and the Bonita scope. Generally speaking, this call for tenders covers the system’s ‘in-house’ applications, both front-office (Cipav website) and back-office (TOSCA (benefits management), GDP (Personnel Management), AXIAL (Social Action and Dissatisfaction), DRIVE (Buy-backs and VCPR), etc.). The scope of the software qualification also includes the cross-scheme scope (M@rel, RGCU, etc.). The contract covers: - Maintenance of the core business information system (corrective, evolutionary, preventive and adaptive maintenance) and data recovery/reliability enhancement. - Projects relating to this core business information system
