Norway – Construction work – Construction work at Sunnfjord Næringspark, execution contract

Description

The competition is for a contract for the development of technical infrastructure in Sunnfjord Næringspark E4, at Moskog in Sunnfjord municipality. The project comprises the establishment of complete road, lake, sewage and surface network, cable installations with conduits and OPI channels, street light installations and accompanying ground work for three commercial areas (K2, K3 and K4) with a joint area of approx. 220 daa. The work includes crossing the river Jølstra with waterworks, waste water and hire and fibre in a prefabricated concrete culvert, the establishment of a sewage pump station (KP264), as well as development of roads with associated superstructure, edging stones, railings, signs and landscape work. The municipality is implementing the competition with two contract alternatives: Alternative 1: The contract will be implemented with the establishment/laying of district heating and district cooling networks. Alternative 2: The contract will be carried out without the establishment/laying of district heating and district cooling networks. Tenderers shall submit a complete tender for both alternatives. Missing tenders for one of the alternatives can lead to rejection if the tender offer does not meet the tender documentation ́s requirements. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 120,000,000 excluding VAT, with the establishment/laying of district heating. and district refrigerators. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval.
