Ireland – Construction work for sports facilities – Athletic Union League Football / Soccer Pitches Construction

Description

To deliver the enabling and advance works for MetroLink, TII intends to procure a works Contract being awarded using the open procedure. This notice has been dispatched by TII to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) via the eTenders platform regarding the procurement of works for the AUL Project. The contract will be awarded under the Public Works Contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works Designed by the Employer (PW-CF5). Interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with the requirements set out in the Tender Documents. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) intends to procure works for the AUL Project under a single contract using the Public Works Contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works Designed by the Employer (PW-CF5). The scope of works includes pitch relocation, drainage infrastructure, associated building works (including changing facilities), and ancillary items. The contract will be awarded as a lump sum with a Bill of Quantities. The award will be based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) criteria. Tender submissions will be made via the e-Tenders platform.
