Description

This procurement relates to the Library Platform, hereinafter referred to as “the Solution”, for Eskilstuna Municipality, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”. Services within the scope of the contract include the delivery and implementation of a solution for the Client’s public and school libraries, including cataloguing, media management, circulation, digital user services, self-service functions, integrations with existing solutions, as well as support, training and administration. The procurement concerns a future-proof solution that is accessible to all on equal terms and that enables an equivalent digital service for both public libraries and school libraries. The new solution must comply with current accessibility standards and better meet the needs of the contracting authority’s residents and pupils, with a particular focus on children and people with disabilities
