Description
The Oslo Prison unit closes 15 June 2026. Archiving material in the basement shall thus be digitalised and destroyed. There is a high level of tracking concentration in the archive premises. Some archive pieces have visible mould outside, but all archive pieces will externally be well coated with tracks. The documents shall be scanned and placed in a digital archive and the paperwork shall be destroyed after scanning. Mould-infected documents that are granted barracks shall be transported for burning. Tenders shall include emptying (packing, packaging and transport), media conversion and casing (transport and burner) with the accompanying services, such as clearing of means of transport, packaging boxes etc. The final result shall be an empty basement archive and the content is archived in accordance with the current rules.
