Description
The subject and purpose of this public contract is to provide specialist roles to support Microsoft products. The specifications for the individual specialist roles will be set out in Annex 5 of the tender documentation. The specialists sought are expected to carry out activities in the following areas: - support in the design of solution and system architecture; - support in the installation and configuration of systems; - support in the commissioning of systems; - support in incident resolution; - advisory and consultancy services; - documentation of procedures and configurations.
