Description

This framework agreement, entered into by SYN, acting as a central purchasing body within the meaning of Article L. 2113-2, 2° of the Code and for its own requirements, has as its purpose the supply, integration and maintenance of server, storage and backup infrastructure solutions for data centres and associated services. The framework agreement is not divided into lots, has a single contractor and gives rise to the issue of purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Code, and is concluded without a minimum value but with a maximum of 40,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT. This tender is being conducted in accordance with the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code
