Norway – Guidance and counselling services – Job club - Nav Vest-Viken

Nav Vest-Viken shall procure the Job Club labour market measure for persons who can go to work quickly and who need some more comprehensive follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Jobbklubb is a group based follow-up measure that shall increase participants ́ job seeker competence, as well as provide assistance for participants finding good and effective job search strategies. The initiative shall contribute to participants increasing the possibility of getting a job through mobilisation of competence, interests, skills and experiences. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with the regulations part IV Health and Social Services. The procurement is divided into two lots and the delivery locations are as follows: Sub-contract 1 - Delivery location A: Sandvika/Asker, including possibilities for courses as agreed in Drammen. Sub-contract 2 - Delivery place B: Hønefoss, including options for courses as agreed in Jevnaker, Midt-Buskerud and Hallingdal. Tenders can be submitted for one or both sub-contracts. The contracting authority reserves the right to award one or both sub-contracts to the same supplier, based on what gives the best relationship between price and quality in total. The framework agreement applies for 2 (two) years from when the contracting authority is signed, with an option for the Contracting Authority to require an extension for up to 1 (one) + up to 1 (one) year. The total maximum agreement period is 4 (four) years from when the contract is signed. The estimated value over four years is NOK 43,000,000 excluding VAT.
