Numbering in accordance with the Tender Specifications, hereinafter referred to as SWZ, available on the procurement platform at: https://zamowienia-mrpips.ezamawiajacy.pl/pn/zamowienia-mrpips/demand/307411/notice/public/details 3.1. The subject matter of the contract comprises services relating to the Electronic National System for Monitoring Disability Assessment (SI EKSMOoN) in the following areas: 3.1.1. development; 3.1.2. maintenance, including administration and the resolution of faults and errors; 3.1.3. user support and the provision of a helpline service; 3.2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope and terms of performance of the contract is set out in the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU), which constitute Annex 2 to the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract (SWZ).
