Description

The objectives of the project are: 1) To improve the building’s energy performance (maintaining a ‘C’ rating under the Energy Performance Certificate), by carrying out the following works: - Re-sealing of external joinery - Modification of the heating system in the flats: removal of underfloor heating, installation of a sub-station in the boiler room, and fitting of new hydraulic circuits and water-filled radiators with a regulation system in each flat - Replacement of landing doors 2) Improving the building’s fire safety, involving the following works: - Fire-sealing the ventilated cladding 3) Refurbishment of the building and technical installations to extend their service life, involving the following works: - Treatment of the balconies
