Description

The procurement subject includes the acquisition of Microsoft software products under the Enterprise Agreement (EA), in accordance with Microsoft's Product Terms and Online Services Terms, and in compliance with this Documentation. All licences under the procurement subject must be delivered electronically from secure websites via authorised access. For items in the Price List table, the technical specifications consist of the SKU (product identifier), the official licence short name and the quantity. Initially ordered product quantities, due to the rules of the Microsoft Enterprise model, cannot be reduced until the end of the Agreement and the Framework Agreement. The Contractor shall notify the Buyer of any change to the product and its corresponding SKU if this occurs during the performance of the framework agreement. The new product must have
