Description

Stavanger, Sola and Randaberg municipalities, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to receive tenders for a framework agreement for the delivery of masonry, cleaning and tiling work with the accompanying materials. The framework agreements include municipal buildings, and residences, as well as schools, nursing and old people ́s homes, residential and activity centres, swimming and sports centres, office buildings, arts centres, health centres, church councils with churches, chapels, operating buildings, municipal rental housing (common areas), etc., as well as private nursing homes and private nurseries and other entities with municipal operating subsidies, can use the framework agreements that the municipality has. Stavanger municipality will enter into framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers in prioritised order, provided that the tenderers are qualified in relation to the requirements set in the procurement and that the tenders are financially justifiable. Sola municipality and Randaberg municipality shall both enter into a framework agreement with tenderer ranked no. 1 in the competition.
