Description
The purpose of this contract is to entrust to service providers: - firstly, the cleaning and hygiene of primary public schools (84 nursery and elementary schools), leisure centres without accommodation, music conservatories and neighbourhood centres of the City of Nîmes; - secondly, the supply and installation of hygiene products and equipment in these same buildings for certain lots. The contract includes: - standard, fixed-price services listed in the CCTP; - one-off services to meet exceptional or one-off needs, requiring a cleaning service based on order forms. This part is governed by the provisions of the French Public Order Code relating to framework agreements with purchase orders.
