France – Cleaning services – CLEANING OF COMMON AREAS AND REMOVAL OF RUBBISH BINS FROM BUILDINGS OWNED BY DEUX-SEVRES HABITAT

Description

The purpose of this consultation is the cleaning of the communal areas of blocks of flats and residential properties owned by Deux-Sèvres Habitat. For sites under the Niort branch’s remit, the contract also includes the removal of waste from skips. A description of the sites, their locations and the contracting authority’s requirements is set out in the Contract Specifications and its annexes. This contract involves the transfer of staff, details of which are provided in the Tender Documents.
