Basic maintenance of green areas in industrial estates. Basic maintenance shall be understood as that aimed at maintaining the aforementioned areas in an optimal state of cleanliness and vitality, free at all times of adventitious vegetation, dead plant remains or broken branches on the trees or bushes and with a sufficient supply of irrigation water appropriate to the characteristics of each plantation. This maintenance does not include the replanting of the shrubbery.
