Description

The procedure is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act. The procedure is being conducted by way of an open tender in accordance with Article 132 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the contract comprises the following services: a) the collection, transport and disposal of post-consumer waste in the town of Karczew, Otwock County; b) the hire and maintenance of sanitary and hygiene facilities in the town of Karczew, Otwock County; c) the collection and removal of municipal waste in the town of Karczew, Otwock County; d) the hire of portable toilets and washbasins for the needs of Military Unit No. 6021; divided into 5 (five) lots.
