Slough Borough Council (“the Authority”) is procuring a suitably qualified Consultant to support the delivery of Project Sponge, a programme aimed at improving flood resilience, climate adaptation, biodiversity, and community wellbeing across the borough. The commission is divided into four work packages covering investigation, design, neighbourhood resilience, catchment intelligence, and strategic action planning.
