Skansen intends to procure a modern, modular and web-based HR master system that supports the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to administration, follow-up and offboarding. The system will provide employees and managers with a unified, user-friendly and easily accessible platform with high quality and transparency in HR processes. The solution will be integrated with Skansen's existing system environment and delivered as a coherent overall solution including implementation, integrations and management.
