Description
The purpose of this consultation is for the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolitan Area to select the holder of the public service delegation contract in the form of asanitation lease within the area specified in Article 2 of the consultation regulations and under the conditions set out in Article 5 of the consultation regulations. The public service concession contract will take effect – following a resolution by the Metropolitan Council authorising the President to sign the contract – from 1 July 2027 and will end on 30 June 2041, i.e. a term of 14 years. The purpose of the contract is the operation of the public sewerage service: for the collection of wastewater within the geographical boundaries of the municipalities of Hyères-les-Palmiers (including the islands) and Carqueiran
