Description
The framework agreement will be executed by the issue of purchase orders. The services will be settled by unit prices. Open Data portal management solution accessible via the Internet. The solution will make it possible, via a website, to display the public data of the local authority and its partners, and to offer visualisations, particularly maps. This solution will also make it possible to develop editorial pages based on the datasets made available, and will include : Rights of use, including: hosting services; corrective and evolutionary third-party application maintenance; assistance services (technical assistance, configuration, etc.); development services for specific pages; reversibility, portability and destruction services for the data sets; and the development of the website.
