Kitchen Manufacture and Supply of Materials 2027 – 2032

Description

Suppliers must manufacture and supply complete kitchen units and components to agreed programmes and delivery locations, with cabinets accredited to the FIA Gold Standard. The works shall include, but are not limited to: Kitchen manufacture and materials supply: Manufacture and supply of kitchen cabinets, worktops, sinks, taps, doors, drawer fronts, hinges, brackets, plinths, end panels, accessories and associated component parts in accordance with Appendix B. Survey, design and order processing: Provide suitably qualified resources and robust measurement, design, approval and order-processing controls, enabling pre-delivery surveys to be completed before the end of March 2027. Regional delivery and customer service: Deliver to agreed sites and programmes across the three regional Lots, maintain product availability and supply-chain continuity, support resident choice arrangements and provide effective communication, defects resolution, warranty management and performance reporting.
