Description
The aim of the PCTC’s digitalisation project is to create an integrated IT platform that will optimise the institution’s administrative and operational processes, streamline the management of performances, resources and procurement, and to improve public access to cultural services via a web portal, mobile app and information kiosks. The proposed architecture includes document management system (DMS) modules for managing internal document workflows relating to procurement for the organisation of events and performances, the management of venues and equipment available for hire, online ticket sales, and performance management, and is supported by modern features such as a virtual assistant chatbot.
