The aim of this tender is to select and contract a single supplier to deliver and implement a future-proof, secure and user-friendly application that supports the entire administrative decision-making process of the Executive Committee and the Council for the municipality. The solution must comply with the legal frameworks (such as the GDPR, the Public Records Act, the Local Government Act and the WOO) and meet the requirements of the various user groups. The system must contribute to transparency, timeliness, completeness and efficiency in administrative decision-making.
