Upphandlingen omfattar projektering för markarbeten, husbyggnation för fastigheten Kungshult 2:2, där ett nytt tillagningskök med kapacitet att producera 5 000 portioner per dag ska uppföras. Köket ska förse Helsingborgs LSS verksamheter och vårdboenden med mat enligt Cook & Chill metoden.
