Description

The Municipality of Utrecht wishes to enter into an agreement with a single contractor for the supply, implementation, management, maintenance and further development of a SaaS application for workforce management at the Customer Contact Centre (KCC) and the Citizens’ Services Department. In line with the City of Utrecht’s current ICT policy, the decision has been made to put out a tender for a SaaS application. This scheduling application will be used to schedule staff and manage staffing levels (traffic control). Users of the WFM application The WFM application is expected to support approximately 250 scheduled staff members, spread across the KCC and the Civil Affairs Department. In addition, around 10 planners/forecasters/traffic controllers will use the WFM application for forecasting, capacity planning, rostering, day-to-day management and reporting.
