Romania – Construction work for buildings relating to leisure, sport, culture, accommodation and restaurants – Construction work for the investment project ‘Construction of a high-rise hotel’

Description

The purpose of the contract is to procure the works required to complete the investment project ‘Construction of a hotel with a layout of S+P+2E+M, spa area, transformer station, site fencing, utility connections, terrace and installation of photovoltaic panels’ in accordance with the Tender Specifications. The main construction works are: Lot 1 – Hotel; the proposed building has a height of S+P+2E+3R; Item 2 – Bar – Lounge: The proposed building has a height configuration of P. Any interested economic operator may request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation, exclusively via SEAP. Deadline for requests for clarification: 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to all requests for clarification.
