Czechia – IT services: consultancy, software development, internet and support – Support services for the operation and development of CA software tools – the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs’ operational security system

Description

The subject of this public contract is the provision of comprehensive services comprising handover, operational support, development, extended support, licence procurement, maintenance and decommissioning of CA software tools – the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MPSV) Operational Security System (hereinafter referred to as ‘SZP MPSV’), all within the scope of and in accordance with these tender conditions. The contract will be concluded for a period of 38 months (2 months for handover + 36 months of operational support). The subject matter of the public contract and the conditions for its performance, including the technical specifications in the detail necessary for the preparation of a tender, are further specified in the subsequent sections of the tender documentation, in particular in Annex B – Binding Model Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract” or “Binding Model Contract”) and its annexes. The estimated value of the public contract is a maximum value which must not be exceeded
