Norway – Video-surveillance system – Camera monitoring with accompanying services.

Description

Sandefjord municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for a complete system for camera monitoring in the municipality ́s buildings and outside areas. The contract is for a system platform, basic set-up, delivery of cameras and accessories, assembly, operation, maintenance and accompanying services. Tenderers shall price four defined scenarios as a basis for evaluation. The contracting authority envisages a maximum call-off volume of up to NOK 5,500,000 - the volume is highly uncertain, but the estimated volume is based on current amounts and estimated future needs. The volume may change as regards policies and procedures.
