The overall objective is to provide technical assistance to the Contracting Entity (CE), in the form of Technical Assistance services to achieve the specific objective concerning the digitalisation measures necessary to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of investments in the water/wastewater sector and measures for the energy efficiency of the OR. Applied to the water utilities sector, digital transformation involves the adoption of advanced technological systems that enable the monitoring and control of processes throughout the entire water management cycle, from abstraction to discharge back into the environment, including the management of commercial relations with end users.
