Lift Replacement - Hazel Court

Description

Bernicia is seeking to appoint a competent, experienced and reliable contractor to undertake the removal, disposal and replacement of existing lift equipment with a new Machine Room-Less (MRL) traction lift system, including all associated mechanical, electrical, control and safety components. Works will include the decommissioning and safe removal of the existing lift installation, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and certification of the new lift equipment. The successful contractor will be responsible for ensuring the lift complies with all current statutory requirements, relevant British Standards and industry best practice. The contract may also include associated builders', electrical and finishing works necessary to facilitate the installation and operation of the new lift system, together with provision of operation and maintenance manuals, staff training, warranties and defects liability support.
