Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services – Swimming pool equipment maintenance

Description

The Municipality of Utrecht wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a single market operator on behalf of the Utrecht Property Organisation (VGU) for the maintenance of the swimming pool facilities at the four existing swimming pools. Within VGU, the Property Management Department (VGM) is responsible for property management. The Technical Management Department (TB) is responsible for carrying out technical maintenance. This involves carrying out maintenance and support work on the swimming pool facilities at Utrecht’s swimming pools. The contractor will contribute to the safe, reliable and energy-efficient operation of the installations, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Estimated value: 12,000,000 euros over the entire contract period of up to 10 years. Maximum scope (or: limit) of the framework agreement: To be determined
