Numbering in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the TCC), available on the procurement platform at: https://zamowienia-mrpips.ezamawiajacy.pl/pn/zamowienia-mrpips/demand/285969/notice/public/details 3.1. The subject matter of the contract comprises services relating to the Central Statistics (STC) system in the following areas: 3.1.1. development; 3.1.2. administration and troubleshooting; 3.1.3. user support through 1) the provision of a Helpdesk service; 2) support for lecturers during consultations organised by the Ordering Party. 3.2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope and conditions of performance of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the Draft Contract Provisions (DCP), constituting Annex 2 to the General Terms and Conditions.
