The City of Järvenpää (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) invites you to submit a tender for the construction contract relating to the refurbishment of Mankala School, in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is the renovation of Mankala School, to be carried out at Kytötie 73, 04430 Järvenpää (property ID 13-1355-1). The site area is approximately 25,992 m². The construction project comprises the renovation of the school building in accordance with the plans. In addition, the contract includes repair work on the civil defence shelter (VSS) located in the school grounds and the demolition of the modular building. The contract includes all construction, demolition, earthworks and building services works, together with the necessary ancillary works, so that the site is brought to a fully completed state, fit for its intended purpose, in accordance with the tender documents.
