Description

The competition is for the provision of construction contractor services. The chosen contractor shall be able to take on the following disciplines with their own or external resources (not exhaustively): - Builder/carpentry/joinery - Masonry/form work/tile - Painting/wallpapering/floor laying - Flashing and guttering Tacts Passive fire protection - minor engineering design (enterprise classification 1). FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT: The procurement ́s value is estimated to be NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 160,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
