Norway – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Framework agreement for an interaction consultant for Malvik municipality

Description

Malvik municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of a collaboration consultant. The agreement shall cover assistance in planning, procurement and implementation of collaboration projects within building and construction. The partnering consultant shall support the contracting authority strategically and operatively, including facilitating interaction processes, consultancy for project management and follow-up of the contract and cooperation between the participants.
