Description
The ICT Assessment Advisory Board wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement for the deployment of a scientific advisor. With the deployment of the scientific advisor, the Advisory Board wants to invest in the quality with which more complex investigations are conducted and make use of authoritative input in the relevant field. The client estimates this assignment for the entire term at €750,000, excluding VAT. However, to prevent the contractual maximum value being exceeded in the interim and the Agreement losing its effect before the intended end of the term, we conclude the Agreement with a maximum assignment value of €1,000,000, excluding VAT.
