Description
The subject matter of the public contract is equipment for monitoring optical fibres from five locations, based on the OTDR measurement principle. The supply will include all licences necessary to ensure the implementation of the requested parameters and security functions set out in the functionality requirements. The scope of supply includes the implementation of the supplied hardware into the contracting authority’s existing environment, particularly with regard to the increased requirements for cyber security and the security of optical routes. The scope of supply also includes services related to the delivery, installation and configuration, the setting up and consolidation of rules and permissions relating to the subject of the supply and its future operation within the contracting authority’s technological environment, the installation and implementation of the supplied solution, functional verification and acceptance testing, and the training of IT administrators
