France – Cleaning services – Framework agreement covering the cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas of all SETE THAU HABITAT OPH housing estates, and the clearing and cleaning of the dwellings

Description

The purpose of this consultation is to establish a framework agreement based on purchase orders for the provision of cleaning and maintenance services for the communal areas of SETE THAU HABITAT OPH residential properties (cleaning and/or sweeping of roads, pavements, entrance halls, communal areas, areas surrounding buildings, car parks, underground garages, stairwells, and the areas around waste collection bins) as well as the clearing out and cleaning of flats in the SETE THAU HABITAT OPH residential complexes (following the handover inspections). Locations where the services are to be provided: the entire territory of the Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée conurbation and part of the territory of the Hérault Méditerranée conurbation (the municipalities of Agde and Vias). The prices under the framework agreement are a combination of: - a fixed-price component
