The conclusion of a tripartite contract, signed by the contracting authorities (PICCJ and DNA) which have joined forces, pursuant to the provisions of Article 44 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, with a view to organising, conducting and finalising the award procedure for the supply of one EVS-type licence – Cellebrite Inseyets On-Prem Unlimited Unlocks – and 80 Cellebrite Inseyets On-Prem Pro licences with a 24-month term (commencing on 1 December 2026), including related ancillary services (e.g. delivery and technical support).
