Description
This Team East Midlands opportunity is advertised to set out the mandatory and required services, Deliverables, standards, outputs and outcomes for the design and installation of the Team East Midlands pavilion at UKREiiF 2027, from design concept, project governance and management, through to onsite delivery. The contract will be awarded to a single provider, who will be responsible for delivering the full scope of services. Where necessary, the provider may utilise subcontracting arrangements with third parties to ensure all contract requirements are delivered effectively and in full. The East Midlands Combined Authority (EMMCA) is led by Mayor of the East Midlands, Claire ward and covers the four local authority areas of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Derby and Nottingham. Its priorities include economic growth, transport, housing. Skills and adult education, green growth and the visitor economy. UKREiiF is the UK's largest real estate investment and infrastructure forum. It is a three-day major event that was established in 2022, defying expectations, attracting thousands of domestic and international developers, investors, Authority's and built environment thought leaders. Its aim is to connect people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment and growth. The contract value is a maximum of £130,000 in total and the contract term is approx. 6 Months, the contract will be awarded for the initial term from 01/2027 until 06/2027. There are no extensions available for this. Providers will be expected to upload the required attachments into the e-procurement portal as advised in the Invitation to Tender document.
