Denmark – Window-cleaning services – Window cleaning, Part 1. (Re-tender)

Description

The tender comprises framework agreements for the provision of window cleaning services. The types of premises vary widely and cover the municipality’s various buildings, ranging from office blocks to childcare centres and care homes. The tender is structured such that there are a number of sub-contracts, 16 in total. As Aarhus Municipality is a large municipality with many different buildings, we have assessed that it is most appropriate to set a limit on the number of sub-contracts that a company or tenderer can be awarded. As Aarhus Municipality’s data is incomplete, it is the supplier’s responsibility to carry out precise measurements of the window areas or to make another assessment of the scope of the work.
