Description

The subject of the procurement is the provision of a questionnaire and event management system for Istekki and its clients. The subject of the procurement and the relevant requirements are described in detail in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The contracting authority will select one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract is to be used exclusively by Istekki Oy, and the parties to the resulting contract will be solely Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is noted that Istek’s customers are not parties to this competitive tendering process or to the procurement contract to be concluded on the basis thereof. The procurement quantities set out in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not impose any obligation on the contracting authority to purchase specific quantities.
