Through this tender, the Contracting Authority intends to select and award a contract to one (1) Tenderer for the provision of cleaning services and sanitary facilities for an initial period of three (3) years. This contract is not divided into lots. Tendering for only part of the contract is not permitted and will result in exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The contract in question in this tender represents a contract value estimated on the basis of historical data at approximately €200,000, and this remains unchanged for this contract. In addition, approximately €15,000 per year has been budgeted for occasional call-off work. The value of the sanitary facilities amounts to approximately €20,000.
