Norway – Cleaning and sanitation services – Framework agreement for cleaning services

Description

Stadped shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for cleaning services for seven locations spread Norway. The assignment includes regular cleaning, cleaning connected to both school operations and courses, regular additional services and cleaning to order. NS-INSTA 800-1:2918 will form the basis for determining and assessing the cleaning quality for this contract. The start-up date for the service is 1 September 2026. The estimated annual consumption of the agreement is NOK 5 million excluding VAT. The estimate is based on previous amounts and the expected future need is not binding for the contracting authority. The maximum total value of the framework agreement is NOK 30 million excluding VAT. The framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority for an extension for a further one year at a time, up to 2 times (2+1+1 years).
