The client aims to further professionalise the management and maintenance of public spaces (BOR) and to make it future-proof. In this context, a Management System (hereinafter BMS) is being put out to tender to serve as a central and integrated platform to support data, processes and decision-making. The aim of this tender is to select and implement a BMS that contributes to a more efficient, transparent and data-driven management of public spaces. The system must enable the Client to make management decisions and optimise processes on the basis of up-to-date, complete and reliable information. The contract comprises: 1.
