The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with one (1) Contractor for the supply of a complete customer guidance system, including the associated implementation and services. The Contracting Authority requires an integrated software solution that includes at least the following functionalities: - Customer guidance (queue management system at the counter) - Online appointment management - Payment processing (support for both debit card and cash payments, integrated into the customer guidance process) - Management information and reporting. The ultimate aim is an efficient, user-friendly and future-proof customer guidance system that contributes to customer-focused and effective service delivery by the municipality of Den Helder. 1
