The Principal wishes to enter into an Agreement for the cleaning maintenance of various locations belonging to the 3 municipalities of the SED Organisation: - Stede Broec - Enkhuizen - Drechterland The daily and periodic cleaning maintenance of municipal premises, including: - town hall - harbour - sports facilities The Assignment is divided into 2 lots. You can tender for 1 lot or both lots. The contract will be awarded per lot, with the possibility of one Contractor being awarded both lots but also with the possibility of the Contracting Authority working with 2 different parties. If you tender for both lots, you therefore have a chance of being awarded both lots. Bear in mind that if you are awarded both lots, you will also be awarded both lots.
